TERMS: Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge, and everything is sold “As Is” with no warranties. This item was not functionally tested and no guarantees on condition or operability are made. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item, prior to bidding, and make their own assessment as to the item’s condition and suitability for use. All sales are final. Items must be removed within 2 weeks of conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been made. Auction price DOES NOT include taxes. If tax exempt, an exemption form will be due at the time of payment. If not tax exempt, applicable taxes will be due at the time of payment. A $50/day fee will be charged for any paid item left at the seller’s location 30 days after the auction date.

Abandonment of Items:
Should an item remain unpaid for 30 days following the original winning auction date, the item will be deemed abandoned and the bidder’s purchase will be canceled.

*Payments must be received and paid in full within one week of the completion of the auction. The preferred payment method is wire transfer within 3 business days.

*It is the Buyer’s responsibility to arrange appropriate shipping if needed. Buyers are responsible for the cost of auction item mobilization, disassembly, rigging, transport, insurance and all other costs related to physical transfer of Items from the auction location. C & B Logistics can provide shipping and transportation services to winning bidders on ag, construction and fleet type assets.
